We're such fans of Turtles candy that we knew we had to create a cookie with the same amazing flavors and textures. Our decadent Turtle Brownie cookies are made with milk chocolate dough and packed with roasted and dark chocolate brownie bites. If that's not enough to make your mouth water, the entire cookie is topped with a sweet caramel glaze.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We bake our cookies fresh to order, so they will be baked and shipped out fresh. Allow 1-2 business days for order processing until your cookies are shipped. How are my cookies shipped and when can I expect them?

In order to deliver you the freshest cookies possible, we ship your order using FedEx Shipping methods for all orders within the continental U.S. The options for shipping methods include: FedEx Ground, or 2 Days Shipping. If shipping FedEx Ground, please allow up to 4 business days for the cookies to be delivered. For international shipping outside the US, extra shipping rates may apply. Please call in to order. To choose from these different expedited shipping options, please call our office at 800.591.2571. Please note that we bake Monday through Friday, and order’s placed after 1:00PM on Friday will be baked Monday.

Will shipping coupons and discounts apply to prepaid order?

We ship your order using FedEx Shipping methods for all orders within the continental U.S. Shipping coupons and discounts will only apply to one time orders, this includes our Free Shipping with orders over $50. Prepaid orders have multiple shipments which cannot include discounts for all the shipments.

What if I'm not satisfied with my product?

Our primary goal is to deliver you the ultimate cookie experience, and we 100% guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any part of your Cravory order, PLEASE e-mail us directly at info@thecravory.com. If we are unable to solve the problem to your satisfaction we will provide you with a full refund of your cookie purchase.
