When can I expect my order to arrive?
We bake our cookies fresh to order, so they will be baked and shipped out fresh. Allow 1-2 business days for order processing until your cookies are shipped. How are my cookies shipped and when can I expect them?
In order to deliver you the freshest cookies possible, we ship your order using USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Shipping methods for all orders within the continental U.S. The options for shipping methods include: FedEx Ground, 2-Day, 3-Day Express, or Next-Day Shipping. If shipping FedEx Ground, please allow up to 5 business days for the cookies to be delivered. For international shipping outside the US, extra shipping rates may apply. Please call in to order. To choose from these different expedited shipping options, please call our office at 800.591.2571. Please note that we bake Monday through Friday, and order’s placed after 1:00PM on Friday will be baked Monday.
Will shipping coupons and discounts apply to prepaid order?
We ship your order using USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Shipping methods for all orders within the continental U.S. Shippign coupons and discounts will only apply to one time orders, this includes our Free Shipping with orders over $50. Prepaid orders have multiple shipments which cannot include discounts for all the shipments.
What if I'm not satifsfied with my product?
