Certainly the most sophisticated of the cookie jar, Rosemary both outsmarts and satisfies the tastebuds. She is an expert at converting even the most vanilla to daring herbaceous devotees. Rich extra virgin olive oil is added to her base, and a syrupy, slightly candied balsamic vinegar reduction is swirled throughout.

Fresh rosemary intensifies the rustic flavor of this cookie and adds just the right amount of gusto. She is accented with cracked black pepper and a hint of lemon. Traditionally, rosemary is the herb of remembrance, which becomes clearer every time we take a bite. Our Rosemary Balsamic Cookie is a definite favorite of our foodie fan base.

We bake our cookies fresh to order, so they will be baked and shipped out fresh. Allow 1-2 business days for order processing until your cookies are shipped. How are my cookies shipped and when can I expect them?

In order to deliver you the freshest cookies possible, we ship your order using FedEx Shipping methods for all orders within the continental U.S. The options for shipping methods include: FedEx Ground, or 2 Days Shipping. If shipping FedEx Ground, please allow up to 4 business days for the cookies to be delivered. For international shipping outside the US, extra shipping rates may apply. Please call in to order. To choose from these different expedited shipping options, please call our office at 800.591.2571. Please note that we bake Monday through Friday, and order’s placed after 1:00PM on Friday will be baked Monday.

Will shipping coupons and discounts apply to prepaid order?

We ship your order using FedEx Shipping methods for all orders within the continental U.S. Shipping coupons and discounts will only apply to one time orders, this includes our Free Shipping with orders over $50. Prepaid orders have multiple shipments which cannot include discounts for all the shipments.

Delicious cookie with a twist

These cookies are not the usual (chocolate chip, peanut butter, oatmeal, etc.), but quite tasty with hints of rosemary, lemon zest, and yes, cracked pepper, which adds a little spice. Soft and moist, thanks to the olive oil. I would recommend trying these at least once (maybe twice!)
