When can I expect my order to arrive?
We bake our cookies fresh to order, so they will be baked and shipped out fresh. Allow 1-2 business days for order processing until your cookies are shipped. How are my cookies shipped and when can I expect them?
In order to deliver you the freshest cookies possible, we ship your order using FedEx Shipping methods for all orders within the continental U.S. The options for shipping methods include: FedEx Ground, or 2 Days Shipping. If shipping FedEx Ground, please allow up to 4 business days for the cookies to be delivered. For international shipping outside the US, extra shipping rates may apply. Please call in to order. To choose from these different expedited shipping options, please call our office at 800.591.2571. Please note that we bake Monday through Friday, and order’s placed after 1:00PM on Friday will be baked Monday.
Will shipping coupons and discounts apply to prepaid order?
We ship your order using FedEx Shipping methods for all orders within the continental U.S. Shipping coupons and discounts will only apply to one time orders, this includes our Free Shipping with orders over $50. Prepaid orders have multiple shipments which cannot include discounts for all the shipments.
What if I'm not satisfied with my product?
Our primary goal is to deliver you the ultimate cookie experience, and we 100% guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any part of your Cravory order, PLEASE e-mail us directly at email@example.com. If we are unable to solve the problem to your satisfaction we will provide you with a full refund of your cookie purchase.
I have sent these cookies to my brother and kids twice and they loved them. His wife died from Cancer a few months ago and I wanted to cheer them up and these cookies seemed to help.
Excellent texture and taste. Loved the mild sweetness and texture of the green cookies.
I'm sure the taste was fine. I heard from those that receive them, and they really enjoyed the cookies. Something that I'm not pleased with is the timing. I ordered several orders to various locations, well in advance, but they were shipped out later than I requested. I placed the orders 2 weeks prior to the requested ship date to avoid these type of errors in delivery, especially with the possible delays with USPS, UPS and FedEx services and people traveling for the holidays. Also, I received the promotional email saying today is the last day to get orders delivered by Christmas, so I sent another order to someone I missed on my list around 8am that morning, and the order wasn't delivered until 2 days after Christmas. If your "deliver by Christmas" messaging isn't a statement you can stand by, I would avoid pushing our email promotions making that claim. These type of errors don't sit well with me. I was on the fence about giving 3 stars or 2. The 3 stars was because they eventually arrived, but because it bugged me enough to write this post, I gave it 2.
